Conference Recommendations
All HS races start at 6:00 pm. If you are the chief of race (COR) you should arrive at 4:30 to get the race into motion. Know prior to your arrival who will be setting the first and second course, the person setting the course will have to have attended a clinic, make sure the course is set by 5:30 for inspection. Also prior to your arrival have the run order and worker list compiled, it is best to email this to all the participating schools. Each school needs to supply one adult for every team they have registered with the league. Also contact the assistant chief prior to the race to go over race duties. After the race it is the responsibility of the COR to send the results to the league commisionery as well as calling the results into the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinal (414.224.2310). Taking time before the race will insure a smooth timely race that all can enjoy!
